Steve Goldin, owner and founder, has been a part of his family-run businesses for several decades and has been involved in various commercial real estate projects for over 30 years. Steve’s son, Michael, joined him in 2012 after graduating law school to help continue the growth of Seaway Business Park.
Starting with a single 12,000 square foot commercial office/warehouse building, Seaway Business Park has expanded to over 200,000 square feet across six separate properties in the Gulfport area. We have responded to tenant needs by adding both office/warehouse buildings and dedicated office space. In addition to our primary 29-acre site, our parent company owns and operates a 39-acre site on Seaway Road featuring a commercial building that offers dock-height access. Throughout this ongoing growth and expansion, Seaway Business Park has never forgotten that our customers are our number one priority.
